Overview

Agile is about collaborating to deliver the highest value product increment, with high quality, as quickly and as frequently as possible, and continuously improving the delivery process. Projects have increased in complexity to the point where it no longer makes sense to define all requirements up front. Often, by the time the project is delivered, the requirements have changed. Scrum is an Agile process, focused on iterative and incremental development. Scrum was designed to solve this dilemma by introducing continual feedback and flexibility into the developmental process.
